The crumb behind The Odd Crumb.

Thirty-plus years of amateur baking experience — and I'm just now making it official. I've spent years experimenting with flavors and designs just for the joy of it, chasing that feeling of handing someone something you made and watching their face light up.

Cake pops found me on social media. I kept seeing what people were creating — the shapes, the colors, the sheer creativity — and it pulled at my curiosity. Here's the honest part, though: I was never really a cake pop person myself. They're undeniably cute, but I always found them too sweet, a little bland underneath all that decoration. So that became the goal — make them as delicious as they are cute.

I've always wanted to run something of my own — growing up around entrepreneurial parents will do that to you — and my day job in product and design keeps me focused on one thing: building something customers genuinely love, then making it better. The Odd Crumb is that instinct, finally put into practice.
